You'll find that you can put this casserole together in just a few minutes and everyone that tastes it says that it is one of the most delicious casseroles they have ever tasted. And I hoe you will send the link to this post to everyone you know so they can make this wonderfully delicious cornbread casserole themselves.

For Your Cornbread Casserole You Will Need.

1. One Pound Hamburger Cooked And Drained.

2. One Large Well Diced Onion , Cook With Your Hamburger.

3. One Half Cup Red Bell Pepper, Cook With Your Hamburger.

4. One Half Cup Green Bell Pepper, Cook With Your Hamburger.

5. Two Cups Salsa.

6. On 15 1/2 Ounce Can Whole Kernel Corn.

7. One Cup Four Cheese Mexican Cheese.

8. One Teaspoon Cumin Powder.

9. One Teaspoon Chili Powder.

10. One Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Powder.

Cook your hamburger, onion, and peppers together in a skillet until the hamburger is done and then drain well. Your vegetables should be done and delicious at this same time.

Mix all your ingredients together well in a bowl and then pour the ingredients out in a 13" X 9 1/2" pan and smooth your ingredients out well. Be sure that you spray the casserole dish with vegetable cooking spray before you put the ingredients into the casserole pan.

Mix up two boxes of Jiffy Corn Bread mix by package directions and then put a layer of the corn bread mix over the top of the ingredients already in the casserole dish. Shake your casserole pan to make sure it is level.

Put the filled casserole dish in a 350 degree preheated oven and cook for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the casserole dish comes out clean. Insert it right in the center of the pan.

Let your casserole set at room temperature for 10 minutes before you cut it out in servings and serve it. Offer guacamole, sour cream, and diced jalapenos on the side for a delightfully delicious meal that people won't soon forget.

With a garden salad and a beverage you have a meal that everyone will love.
